Any authorization granted by the LLC to use or enter the 67 acres is no longer valid - for HOA Members and for their contractors. The new owner of the 67 acres, WM Land Management, LLC, may be willing to sign a similar agreement with the HOA and contractors.
The legal easements for golf course use (cart paths and Passage Drive to the water tank) and emergency evacuation, are still valid.
WMLV and JRR - Beneficiaries: Upon sale of the 67 acres by the LLC to WM Land Management, LLC, the "Declaration of Affirmative Land Use and Restrictive Covenants" was adopted and recorded with the deed. The Declaration, included below, is intended to protect the quality of life in our two 55-plus communities.
