Architectural Documents

The Architectural Committee ("AC") is responsible for reviewing applications for approval of new home builds and exterior changes/additions to existing homes.

All applications should be emailed to [email protected], which is forwarded to each member of the AC.

The Chairman will follow up with the submitting homeowner to acknowledge receipt of the application, to obtain any additional information needed, to issue approval (or denial) and to schedule onsite inspections.

WITH THE EXCEPTION OF DOCUMENTS DATED IN 2022, THE DOCUMENTS PROVIDED BELOW ARE CURRENTLY BEING UPDATED BY THE ARCHITECTURAL COMMITTEE AND NEW DOCUMENTS WILL BE POSTED ONCE ADOPTED BY THE WMLV BOARD.

NOTICE: The 'Turnaround Agreement' between White Mountain Lake Vistas Homeowners Association (the HOA) and WMLV Unit II, LLC (the LLC) has expired. On February 28, 2022, the LLC sold the property (the 67 acres) containing the 'turnaround' at the south end of Passage Drive. Any authorization by the HOA to use that turnaround is no longer valid - for HOA Members and for contractors. The new owner of the 67 acres, WM Land Management, LLC, may be willing to sign a similar agreement with contractors.
