White Mountain Lake Vistas HOA | HOA in Show Low, AZ

The Vistas (WMLV) is a 55+ age-restricted community in the White Mountains of Arizona. At an elevation of about 6,100 feet, it has mild temperatures and attracts part-time desert dwellers in addition to full-time residents. Located about halfway between Show Low and Taylor/Snowflake, it is very close to White Mountain Lake and part of the associated private recreational district.

WMLV is protected by Timber Mesa Fire and Medical, with the White Mountain Lakes Station #19 less than two miles away. When needed, Summit Healthcare Medical Center's main campus in Show Low is only 15 miles from the Vistas.

On 63 homeowner lots, site-built homes are a mixture of developer, spec and custom - and a few custom home lots are still available. With cedar (or comparable composite) siding and metal roofs, the design elements complement the setting among golf greens plus juniper and cedar trees. Recreational facilities and activities at neighboring Juniper Ridge RV Resort are shared with WMLV residents pursuant to a Facilities Use Agreement.
